Overview:The project is located in Hassan Township only 18 miles from downtown Minneapolis along Interstate 94. The site will contain a mix of residential and commercial build out at a value of between $750 million to over $1 billion.

Project: Provide all the verticle and horizontal surveying requirements for the project.
Scope of Service: Land surveying.
Overview:The Sears building is 1.2 million square feet and is only second in size to the Mall of the America. The project is a large scaled mixed-use design that includes retail, commerical, residential and hotel spaces.

Fairbault State Correctional Facility |

Project: Repair and replacement of underground sanitary sewer system.
Scope of Service: Civil engineering, land surveying and construction services.
Overview:Faribault is a medium-security correctional facility built as a school in the late 1800's. The complex was later converted into it's current use. The purpose of the work was to prepare for the expansion to house 1,741 inmates by 2007.

Sandstone Federal Correctional Facility |

Project: Renovation of infrastructure and design of a new powerhouse, water treatment plant, a new storage/maintenance building and a new inmate-housing unit (512 inmates).
Scope of Service: Civil engineering and environmental services.
Overview:The original facility was constructed in 1939 and is considered eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
